Friday, September 18 & Saturday, September 19
The annual Community Clothing Exchange, hosted by the LDS Church. Island Park and Ashton residents will get together on Friday from 4 - 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. - noon for a clothing exchange. Bring a bag of stuff you no longer want and come home with a bag of amazing new finds, all without spending a dime. Bring only good,used and clean items - children's, men's and women’s clothing, accessories, etc.
You can also bring items from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday Sept. 17 to the LDS Ward Building off S. Big Springs Loop Road - to the Scout Room.
Volunteers are highly appreciated if they would like to donate a couple hours. call Darla Cutler 558-7817. This is a community effort and everyone is welcome. All leftover donations will be divided between community charities and then to the Ashton Flea Market and Rexburg Deseret Industries.

Hawks in Flight, a presentation by National Park Service naturalist, Katy Duffy, at noon at the Upper Mesa Falls Visitor Center. The indoor presentation will be followed by an outdoor search for hawks to view. Everyone is welcome.

Craft Fair & Food Sale. 2 to 8 p. m. Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. Baked goods, soup, chili, hot dogs, all kinds of neat art and crafts. Great holiday shopping! Soup & chili also available for take out.
Live entertainment, 6 p. m. Friday.
Santa Claus visits at 7 p. m. Friday.
Festive holiday luncheon and auction, noon Saturday. Up for auction: 10 decorated artificial Christmas trees, 10 wreathes, 10 gift baskets, and 10 holiday decorations (centerpieces, fireplace enhancements, outdoor decorations, etc.). Proceeds from auction go to local charities. Donate an auction item, designate the local charity of your choice to receive the proceeds.
